Dougherty County Office Building, 56 Main Street, Owego, NY 13827 on Local Law Introductory No. B of 2026; A Local Law to establish the staggered terms of Tioga County Legislators in compliance with NYS Even-Year Election Requirements, and to Amend and Supersede Local Law No. 1 of 2021. All persons desiring to present written or oral comments may do so at said time.
