The Village of Owego will be paving Academy Street on Thursday, September 18th, starting at 7:00 a.m. The road will be closed to all traffic during this time. This will impact accessibility to the Ronald E. Dougherty County Office Building and all ingress/egress traffic will be through the Main Street driveway. It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a half-day up to the whole day depending on the progress of the project.
