Public Hearings: Local Law Introductory Nos. A & B of 2020 - Wednesday, September 23, 2020

The Tioga County Legislature is conducting two public hearings on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. and 6:05 p.m. in the Hubbard Auditorium of the Ronald E. Dougherty County Office Building for the following:

  • 6:00 P.M. - Local Law Introductory No. A of 2020 - A Local Law providing for the collection of a hotel and motel tax in Tioga County.  
  • 6:05 P.M. - Local Law Introductory No. B of 2020 - A Local Law establishing the Tioga County Mandatory Source Separation Law commencing January 1, 2021, and Repealing Local Law No. 2 of the Year 1992, enacted on August 1, 1992, entitled Tioga County Recycling and Source Separation Law.
