The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for the 2017 Cleaning Contract. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works Office, located at 477 Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Wednesday, June 28th, 2017 at 11:00 AM. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be held on Wednesday, June 21st, 2017 at 9:00 AM at the Hubbard Auditorium located on the first floor of the Tioga County Office Building, 56 Main Street, Owego, New York.
