The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for Talcott Street Bridge Pier Repairs located in the Village of Owego. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works office, located at 477 Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Wednesday July 21, 2021, at 11:00 AM. All bids must be received prior to the bid opening.
