The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for the 2022 Cleaning Contract. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works Office, located at 477 State Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Wednesday, September 28th, 2022 at 11:00 am. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be held on Wednesday, September 21st, 2022 at 9:00 am at the Hubbard Auditorium located on the first floor of the Ronald E. Dougherty County Office Building, 56 Main Street, Owego, New York. Please see the bid documents below for more information.
