The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for East Spencer Road Bridge Rehabilitation located in the Town of Spencer. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works office, located at 477 Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Monday March 24th, 2025, at 11:00 AM. All bids must be received prior to the bid opening.
