The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for Harnick Road Bridge Replacement located in the Town of Owego. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works office, located at 477 Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Thursday March 27th, 2025, at 11:00 AM. All bids must be received prior to the bid opening.
