The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for Crumtown Road Pavement Overlay located in the Town of Spencer. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works office, located at 477 Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Wednesday, June 21st, 2023, at 11:00 AM. All bids must be received prior to the bid opening. Project documents will be available starting Tuesday, June 2nd, 2023 at the Public Works office for a non-refundable payment of $25.00.
