The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for West Creek Road Pavement Overlay located in the Towns of Candor, Berkshire and Richford. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works office, located at 477 Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Tuesday, June 27th, 2023, at 11:00 AM. All bids must be received prior to the bid opening. Project documents will be available starting Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 at the Public Works office for a non-refundable payment of $25.00.
